This salt has been family harvested since the late 1800’s in the town of Essex in Southeast England. The crystal is unique, as it has a peculiar pyramid shape and bright white color. We find the taste of this salt to be clean, hearty and even a little sweet. Being a natural sea salt it contains no additives or preservatives and has high levels of natural trace elements such as magnesium and calcium.

Combining Mt. Baker Chai Spice Seasoning with turmeric, ginger, and black pepper makes for a for a well-rounded, sweet-spiced mix that’s perfect for this comforting beverage. Add desired milk and sweeten with honey, agave nectar, maple syrup, or your favorite sweetener to taste - and enjoy!
