Salad Ingredients:
- A small bunch of Red Grapes cut in half
- 2 Celery Heart Stalks – julienned or thinly sliced
- 1 Gala Apple thinly sliced
- 1 Cup roughly chopped walnuts
- 1 Sage Farms BEST BIBB EVER
- Grilled Chicken Breast Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Zest of ½ Orange
- Garnish Grapefruit Rosemary Finishing Salt
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Crème fraiche
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Juice of an orange
- Zest of ½ orange
- ¼ cup MECCA Blood Orange infused oil
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- Salt to taste with GARNISH Grapefruit Rosemary finishing salt
